  Foundation

  Reinforced concrete foundation built using the latest technology of Japanese engineering. In this most recent system used by Dinamus Kensetsu, the weight of the house is distributed evenly over the all the foundation thus bringing greater durability and security for your peace of mind.

  Structure

  Our projects use prime Hinoki wood. Studies have proven that this type of wood is highly resistant to the action of weather and climate, lasting decades without any deterioration. The entire structure of our houses is fixed through a system of fasteners and shock absorbers that provide the necessary support so that the structure does not suffer any type of damage even when a strong Shindo 6 earthquake occur.

  Always a pleasant room temperature

  Our cxonstructions have the maximum level seal for thermal and hermetic insulation. In the thermal insulation of our projects, we use materials up to 200mm thick on all walls and ceilings, preveting the effects of the external climate, keeping a nice internal temperature of the house for the the residents, without the need to overuse air conditioning or heaters, saving on gas and energy costs. In addition, in hermetic insulation, we use a high-resistance material to prevent cold or hot air from entering the house uncontrollably, and the temperature losses are so low that the house can be kept at a pleasant temperature using few appliances, electric or gas

  Fresh air

  Another innovation in our constructions is the use of an intelligent air circulation system. In the conventional system, the air from outside enters the house, normally at a temperature totally opposite to the internal one, causing a greater consumption of heaters and air conditioning. Noise from outside comes often by this old system, as well as dust, flower pollens, dirt, insects, and other elements that work against the comfort for residents. With the system implemented by Dinamus Kensetsu, state-of-the-art devices are used to circulate air in homes, and such devices have anti-noise filters, which prevent the entry of hot or cold air from outside.
